Packaging
All orders are packaged in beautiful wooden boxes and are ready to be gifted.
Production time
Production time depends on the complexity of the product and the number of items in the order. Average terms 7-10 days. If the product is in stock and ready to ship, the order processing time will be 1-3 days.
Delivery time
Shipping is carried out from Odessa (Ukraine)
the USA - 10-20 business days
Europe - 10-15 business days
Canada and Australia - 20-25 business days
other regions 15-30 business days.
Please note: in the pre-holiday season, delivery time may increase.
Tracking
After sending your order, you will receive a tracking number of the package.
In some international destinations packages may not be tracked after leaving Ukraine.
Taxes and fees
The buyer is responsible for all taxes and fees, if any.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Cancellations are accepted. To cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
Exchanges are not accepted. But if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the package. The product must be intact, it must not be worn, dirty or broken. Return shipping at buyer's expense. Return shipping must be traceable. After receiving the track number of the parcel, we will refund, except for the shipping amount.
